Dodge YMCA After School Program at PS11

In order to be considered for placement in the Virtual Y after school program, you must register in person with a completed application and updated medical form with the student's full name, and the grade the child is entering for the fall. The medical form must be current and not expire before the end of September.  Medical forms are good for one year from the date of issue, and please note:

APPLICATIONS WITHOUT A MEDICAL ATTACHED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

There are a limited number of seats.  Registration is open to PS 11 students K - 5. Pre-K students are not permitted.  The program is free and offers a variety of activities and homework help.  The Dodge YMCA After School Program at PS 11 runs from 2:45pm to 5:45pm. Students must attend Monday through Friday and stay for the full day as funding for the program is based on participation.  Students may take one PS 11 PTA After School Enrichment class while attending the Dodge Y After School Program at PS 11.

For the 2016-17 school year, after school students will be enrolled using a first come first serve system. This ensures that every parent that is interested in after school has a fair shot at receiving a spot.

  - If you have more than one child, you must complete an application for both children.

  - Applications will be available via email or pick up the week of August 1st - 5th, 2016 between the hours of 3:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m. and must be returned to the PS11 cafeteria August 15, 2016 between the hours of 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

  - You will be notified of your status via email notification. If your child is being placed on the waiting list, you will be notified of their wait list number as well.
