Refunds + Returns
No Refunds: Online purchases (excluding trips) are available for exchange only within 7 days of purchase.
Trips: Online payments for trips may be returned if the person does not attend. However, please note that any refund will equal the original amount paid less the transactional cost incurred by PS 11 or the PTA.
